Low noise and low dust! High-efficiency sorting equipment utilizing a manual sorting line for large-scale processing.
"Katazuke-kun" is a mixed waste resource recovery system that utilizes a manual sorting line. The supply feeder's feed rate and the manual sorting conveyor belt speed are controlled by an inverter, and two manual sorting conveyor lines are installed for each supply feeder. This significantly doubles the sorting processing capacity and greatly reduces the waiting time for heavy machinery operators during input tasks. Additionally, one-touch inspection windows are installed at key points, allowing for time savings during internal inspections and the removal of blockages in the chutes. Furthermore, soundproof and wear-resistant rubber is attached to the core chute and the inside of the hopper through which mixed waste passes, ensuring comprehensive noise and wear countermeasures. 【Features】 ■ Sorting processing capacity per line: 20–30m³/hour (dry sorting) ■ Inverter control ■ Y-shaped chute ■ One-touch inspection windows installed at key points ■ Comprehensive noise and wear countermeasures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
