A strip-shaped rubber bearing made of elastomer and reinforced fibers that are vulcanized and molded together.
The "Rubber Bearing for PC Slab Version" is a strip-shaped rubber bearing for bridges, reinforced with reinforcing fibers in the middle of elastic rubber to suppress the bulging of rubber due to vertical forces. It possesses the basic functions required at the bearing part of the bridge (load transmission function and displacement following function) and is used in concrete bridges with short spans that have minimal expansion, such as prestressed slab girders. Due to its laminated structure of elastic rubber and hard rubber, it does not corrode and has excellent fatigue durability, requiring almost no maintenance. It can also be used in conjunction with the ST-type anti-corrosion anchor device (displacement restraint structure). 【Features】 ■ The rubber bearing does not fall off during construction or operation. ■ Can be used for skewed and curved bridges. ■ Does not corrode. ■ Excellent fatigue durability. ■ Requires almost no maintenance. ■ Absorbs vibrations during vehicle passage. ■ Can be used in conjunction with the ST-type anti-corrosion anchor device. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
