It can accommodate large estimation projects such as large-scale projects and complex buildings. - For each detail, up to 10 quantities, unit prices, and amounts can be set, allowing for adjustments and comparisons based on NET amounts, submitted amounts, budget amounts, etc. - Simulation of unit prices and quantities based on multiplication rates is possible at all levels. Additionally, by performing reverse simulation with a fixed total estimation amount, it is possible to create estimates that consider the budget. - Standard equipped with Excel data import and export functions. Output settings can include the addition of calculation formulas and sheet splitting by work type. ■ Realization of automation in pricing tasks - Can automatically set unit prices by searching for the same details from data of recent projects or other properties. - Bulk pricing for details with the same name at different levels is possible for estimation projects involving multiple buildings or sections. ■ Standard equipped with under-estimation (estimation comparison) function - Responses from contractors can be imported as Excel data, allowing for estimation assessment on the contractor estimation comparison screen.
