The systematization of the estimation work at Shin Nihon Kensetsu Co., Ltd. dates back over 20 years, to a time when there were very few tools known as estimation software, making it difficult to gather information. Kyoei Sangyo has been developing and selling the "Construction Estimation System FKS" (RC Quantity Estimation Software, Finishing Quantity Estimation Software, Construction Quotation Creation Software) using office computers since 1982. Over the course of 40 years, we have accumulated know-how in construction estimation and quotation work based on valuable feedback from over 1,500 customers, providing various solutions for the construction industry. Furthermore, together with our partner companies, we aim to promote the development of the industry through the dissemination of BIM, offering new proposals for improving operational efficiency through BIM model and information collaboration from design, estimation, construction, to maintenance management.
