The "Small Vibration Generator" is used as a vibration source for vibration analysis, such as calibration of vibration meters and measurement of mechanical impedance, as well as for vibration tests of small and lightweight samples. In particular, the "512-D" and "513-D" models utilize ceramics in their moving parts, enabling high-frequency vibrations up to 30kHz (24kHz for the 513-D).
