Near-infrared analyzer "Soy Sauce Component Analysis Device Spectraluster XT-R"
Near-infrared analysis device for soy sauce component measurement Spectrascan XT
Simultaneously and rapidly measure the total nitrogen, salt-free soluble solids, salt, and alcohol in soy sauce. Just place the soy sauce on the auto-sampler.
World's highest performance device 1. The ultra-low noise of below 15 micro AU across the entire range of 1100nm to 2500nm required for near-infrared analysis is unmatched by competitors. 2. The signal-to-noise ratio is an astonishing 125,000. 3. All shipped devices are NIST traceable, ensuring the accuracy of wavelengths goes without saying. 4. You can use it with confidence thanks to the TAS technology (patented) that keeps wavelength and absorbance levels consistently stable. 5. The only consumable is the lamp. 6. Simply place the test tubes containing soy sauce on the 80-sample auto-sampler, and it will automatically measure in the order of suction, temperature control, stop, photometry, and cleaning. 7. It is fully automated.

basic information
In the soy sauce industry, we have been selling near-infrared spectrometers for nearly 25 years, and we are further enhancing their performance. In addition to soy sauce, we can also measure the five mandatory nutritional components for sauces such as barbecue and kabayaki. When measuring soy sauce, it is placed in a test tube, but for highly viscous samples like sauces, they should be placed in a liquid cup. Nutritional component measurements for sauces take about 20 seconds to yield results. The same system is used for measuring various types of sake, wine, beer, whiskey, and shochu. Since the measurement items vary depending on the type of alcohol, please contact us for more information.
