Near-infrared analyzer "Synthetic Resin Analysis Device Spectruster XT-R"
Near-infrared analysis device for synthetic resins - Spectraster XT
All types of polymer compounds can be easily measured within 30 seconds of analysis time, without any pre-treatment, across raw materials, process management, and product inspection.
World's highest performance device 1. The ultra-low noise of less than 15 micro AU across the entire range of 1100nm to 2500nm required for near-infrared analysis is unmatched by any competitor. 2. The signal-to-noise ratio is an astonishing 125,000. 3. All shipped devices are NIST traceable, ensuring the accuracy of the wavelength goes without saying. 4. You can use it with confidence thanks to TAS technology (patented), which keeps the wavelength and absorbance level consistently stable. 5. The only consumable is the lamp.

basic information
Residual monomers in polymers, various polymer compounds' OH value (hydroxyl value), AV (acid value), plasticizers, density, vinyl acetate, moisture, or measurements of oils on synthetic fiber surfaces can be simultaneously measured within 30 seconds by simply placing the sample in a cup, without the need for extraction. Unlike food and agricultural products, the chemical composition is constant, allowing for good calibration curves with a small amount of sample. There is no need for pretreatment, eliminating exposure to organic solvents. Depending on the properties, different cups can be used, so expensive modules or attachments are not required.

Company information
The auto-analyzer developed by the former Technicon Corporation, a global pioneer in continuous flow analysis devices, is still widely used in analytical laboratories around the world today. In Japan, it continues to operate as an essential device in national and public research institutes, testing laboratories, and corporate factories and testing facilities. Our company, BL Tech Co., Ltd., has inherited approximately 40 years of auto-analyzer business in Japan and is committed to developing and manufacturing optimal continuous flow analysis devices to meet the current hot demand.
