This is a case study demonstrating the successful reduction of distortion by changing the heat treatment of leaf springs to "salt quenching." 【Consultation Details】 We want to perform quenching on leaf springs that cannot be corrected for distortion, aiming for minimal distortion. 【Solution Case】 We proposed changing the quenching method from oil quenching to the less-distorting "salt quenching." We successfully reduced the distortion after quenching.
