This technology is a method for measuring the existing stress (strain) in concrete with high precision. It has received significant attention as a survey technique for the current condition investigation of PC bridges, and it was awarded the 18th National Land Technology Development Award. By using an optical full-field measurement method, it enables high-precision strain distribution measurements even in the micro-regions near the slit. 【Features】 ■ Measurement of the area around the slit before and after cutting using a line sensor scanner type full-field strain measurement device. ■ Inverse analysis using FEM analysis allows for the estimation of the existing stress in concrete members based on the measured released strain distribution. ■ In PC structures, it is possible to estimate the amount of prestress from the existing action stress. ■ It can also be used as documentation for the restoration design of PC bridges. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
