- A system that can monitor the momentary interruption events in the conductive parts with a resolution of 1μsec, linked to the temperature cycle chamber. - It can simultaneously monitor up to 160 channels of momentary interruption events and acquire, display, and save multiple related information besides the momentary interruption events. - Event information (per channel) - Number of event occurrences, duration of occurrence (momentary interruption time) - Number of cycles, temperature, temperature transition information of the thermal shock tester (up/down/hold) - It can flexibly handle file management, allowing multiple files to be handled simultaneously. - It can handle up to 15 different types of files at the same time, regardless of whether they are new or existing. - When selecting an existing file, it is possible to continue testing from the last completed point. - The application software includes two types: a data collection app and a viewer app (for analyzing saved data). The viewer function is also included in the data collection app, allowing for event occurrence status checks and CSV form output. - Different applications are provided for 12 channels/1 block and 20 channels/1 block (standard: 12 channels/1 block).

**Features** <Management Items> ○ Momentary interruption Event information (up to 160 channels) – Presence of Event, number of Event occurrences, duration of Event (momentary interruption time). ○ Cycle information, temperature information, test equipment temperature transition information (up/down/hold). ○ Event management restrictions. ⇒ The number of Event occurrences is limited to a maximum of 1000 counts (counts above 1001 will not be recorded). ⇒ Continuous counts of Events are limited to 20 counts (continuous counts are considered when Event waveforms with both High/Low periods are continuous for 50 msec or less). ⇒ If the continuous count exceeds 20 counts, counting will stop until the requirements are no longer met. <File Management> ○ Multiple files can be handled simultaneously. ⇒ Regardless of new or existing files, up to 15 types of files can be generated and selected simultaneously. ⇒ When selecting existing files, testing will be conducted from the point of the last completion. ● For more details, please download the catalog.
