Linear encoder, compact and lightweight magnetic incremental scale system, waterproof specification (IP-67), suitable for replacement of optical systems.
This is a non-contact incremental magnetic scale system that allows for a large distance between the head and the scale. It can measure length without being affected by dust, dirt, etc., due to magnetic detection. It features the smallest head among our magnetic detection scales. The detection head is compact, measuring 30mm in width and 32mm in height. When combined with a dedicated scale, it can create a compact length measurement system. The large detection distance between the head and the scale, along with the tolerance for variations in detection distance, increases design flexibility. 【Features】 - Non-contact incremental scale system that allows for a large distance between the head and the scale. - Length measurement is possible without being affected by dust, dirt, etc., due to magnetic detection. It can detect through non-magnetic materials such as brass, aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel (e.g., SUS303).
