PVC pipes and high-density polyethylene pipes can be connected without fusion! Installation is possible even in water areas such as springs and during rainy weather!
No disassembly required, easy to connect! Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series of mechanical connection methods! The product we are introducing this time is the "Suppon MPX MP-V." It is a joint that allows for the connection of PVC pipes and high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO). The connection part for PVC pipes does not require solvents, so there is no need for drying or curing, and water can flow immediately after connection. Additionally, it can be installed even if the area is wet due to residual water in existing pipes. The connection part for high-density polyethylene pipes can be connected without the need for an in-core or disassembly. Furthermore, there is no need for electric fusion work, and installation can be done with just one wrench, with no cooling time required, allowing for immediate water flow after installation and reducing construction time. It is also possible to slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing and new pipes. This can be utilized for repairs or renovations of aging piping when connecting to existing pipes. If disassembly is needed, it can be easily removed by simply loosening the installed bolts and nuts. Please give it a try when connecting PVC pipes and high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO).
