A pad-type rubber bearing with load transmission function, displacement tracking function, and excellent fatigue durability.
The "Flat Jack Bearing" is a pad-type rubber bearing for bridges, reinforced with steel plates in the middle of elastic rubber to suppress the bulging of rubber caused by vertical forces. It possesses the basic functions required for bridge bearing parts (load transmission function and displacement following function) and is an excellent product with fatigue durability, having passed a 2 million cycle compression fatigue test. It is applicable for jack-up of civil engineering and architectural structures, seismic isolation of buildings, and adjustment of reaction forces and secondary stresses in arch bridges and rigid frame bridges. 【Features (DSF Pad for Flat Jack)】 - Can absorb expansion and contraction as well as rotation in all directions, making it suitable for skewed and curved bridges. - The internal steel plate is covered with rubber, preventing corrosion. - Excellent fatigue durability, requiring almost no maintenance. - Absorbs vibrations during vehicle passage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
