Depending on environmental conditions, its durability is approximately 15 to 20 years. With a texture similar to soil, "slag paving" blends easily into natural landscapes. Choosing gray tones can match urban landscapes as well. It allows rainwater to permeate and return to the ground, alleviating the "heat island phenomenon" in urban areas. There are instances where surface temperatures are about 10°C lower compared to asphalt paving.
