The "Active Reactor" is a device that uses a physical approach with "water" utilizing special ceramics. By bringing ceramics into contact with water, it measures the activation of "water" and creates purposeful water. It aligns the molecular orientation of water, reduces the size of water clusters, decreases surface tension, contributes to improved cleaning power, and also aids in increasing drying speed. Furthermore, it has the effect of promoting the decomposition of rust. Conductivity is managed. 　・High frequency of ion exchange resin replacement. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor> 　・No stains on the product. 　・No odor from organic matter. ■Applicable Process: Final Rinse Tank for Heat-Resistant Preflux <Conventional> 　・Using ion exchange water. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor (Ion exchange water → City water)> 　・Effective against water rinse filter contamination: Low level of dirt (visual inspection). 　・No water staining after preflux drying. Almost dry with air knife. 　・Good slime condition inside the rinse chamber. 　・Little fluctuation in pH of the first rinse water.
