【Introduction Example】 ■Applicable Process: Final Rinse Tank <Conventional> ・River water → Sand filtration → Simple ion exchange → Supplied to the final rinse tank. Conductivity is managed. ・High frequency of ion exchange resin replacement. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor> ・No stains on the product. ・No odor from organic matter. ■Applicable Process: Final Rinse Tank for Heat-Resistant Preflux <Conventional> ・Using ion exchange water. <Effects after Installing Active Reactor (Ion exchange water → City water)> ・Effective against water rinse filter contamination: Low level of dirt (visual inspection). ・No water staining after preflux drying. Almost dry with air knife. ・Good slime condition inside the rinse chamber. ・Little fluctuation in pH of the first rinse water.
