To prioritize the protection of people and cargo, the electric-free automatic rack 'S.G.B Safety Gate Box'
How much preparation are you making for disasters that can occur at any time? There are many lives that can be saved by your individual measures. We focus on the importance of risk assessment to reduce workplace accidents and the dangers of high stacking, and we are engaged in activities to create an environment where workers can work with peace of mind. Are you stacking items high because you can't secure a place to store them? Our products are designed with the assumption that forklifts will be used, so side panels and rear panels are installed to prevent contact with shelves on both sides and the back, and the bottom plate can be temporarily placed. The difference from other companies' products is that our racks have gates that can open and close based on the weight of the items, and they do not require a power source, allowing for a quick response to anticipated infrastructure needs in the event of an earthquake. *Actual operation checks are posted on our website. 【Strengths of the Plan】 Safety measures are implemented within the company, minimizing human and property damage during disasters such as earthquakes, as well as unforeseen circumstances. The environment is improved, allowing employees to perform their duties with peace of mind. Since it is a device that does not require electricity, it can be installed anywhere, and because it only involves initial costs, it reduces financial burdens.

What do you think when you see the high stacks of goods in warehouses, factories, and retail stores? Have you ever considered what would happen if they fell over or collided? The "S・G・B (Safety Gate Box)" is an automatic rack that does not use electricity, specifically designed for BCP (Business Continuity Planning) measures. It is a system that can save lives and reduce damage, and it can be installed in various places where goods are transported or stored, such as warehouses, factories, and retail stores. It is an automatic rack that can accommodate size changes and stacking without using electricity. Since it allows work to be done without getting off the forklift, it improves work efficiency and enhances worker safety measures, while also preventing the dropping or toppling of goods, thus protecting them from damage. We propose this system for BCP, disaster prevention, and damage reduction measures. It does not require a power source, so it can operate even during power outages. Additionally, it helps keep running costs low after installation. It is an environmentally friendly system that is unprecedented in its ability to protect both people and goods. The difference from other products is that the rack itself has a gate that opens and closes based on the weight of the goods, so it does not require a power source, allowing for quick responses to anticipated infrastructure issues in the event of a disaster.
