This is a new type of crusher designed to shred pruning branches and logs into chip-sized pieces. Similar to a single-shaft crusher, it crushes materials by scraping them with fixed and rotating blades. However, it features two rotors with rotating blades, each having two corresponding fixed blades, providing approximately twice the processing capacity of a single-shaft crusher (compared to our company’s models). By independently controlling the two rotors, it can smoothly intake materials without a pusher. It has several advantages, such as less clogging even with high-moisture wood, reduced scattering of fragments during crushing, easy attachment and detachment of screens for particle size adjustment, straightforward replacement of rotating blades, and the ability to feed in long logs, making it an ideal machine for wood biomass plants.
