Endo Industrial Co., Ltd. started in 1935 with the production of metal tableware and has transformed into an industrial machinery and equipment manufacturer over approximately 70 years. Our products, which include balancers and air hoists used for suspending welding machines, tools, and jigs on production lines in automobile factories, as well as various transport carts, cable reels for powering stage lighting equipment, and crushers in waste treatment and recycling facilities, and cutting machines in aluminum extrusion factories, are known for their excellent durability and high quality, contributing to improvements in our customers' operations and productivity. To further develop our products, provide better services, and improve our operations, capturing the Voice of Customer (VOC) is essential for strengthening our company's competitiveness. Since 2008, we have established a Marketing Promotion Office to create a system for quickly collecting VOC and providing feedback for product development and service and operational improvements.
