This is a plastic container and a cart for transporting heavy items (aircraft engine parts) from the manufacturing factory to the subcontractor. Previously, wooden boxes were used, which often resulted in damage, leading to a request for improvement. - Simplification of packaging work and reduction of time - Cost reduction for packaging materials - Increased efficiency through reduced packaging size Based on these customer requests, we designed and manufactured the product. After switching from wood, we produced it using steel and plastic corrugated board, which includes foam cushioning material inside the plastic corrugated case. It is equipped with casters, allowing for stacking of carts. Compared to before, work efficiency has significantly improved. Additionally, there is a type of cart with side panels that open and close with hinges. It is ideal for transporting heavy and precision products.
