This is a stainless steel sealed chain that combines an environment-resistant and wear-resistant chain series. The durability has been significantly improved with the sealing rings.
We have adopted X-rings for stainless steel chains with SS specifications, which excel in corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Compared to conventional stainless steel chains, they achieve approximately 5 to 10 times greater wear resistance, significantly reducing running and maintenance costs. The X-ring greatly reduces friction loss compared to O-rings. The filled grease is retained by the X-ring and does not leak externally. ■ For example, in the following areas: - Fields where oil and foreign substances need to be avoided: food, canning, and packaging industries - Areas constantly exposed to chemical agents, seawater, and wastewater: various chemical plants and water treatment facilities - High-temperature environments: heat treatment furnaces, drying ovens, and incinerators
