This is a drive chain that achieves maintenance-free operation through sintered alloy bushings containing oil.
Sintered bushing roller chains are made using sintered alloys for the bushings. Since the porous structure characteristic of sintered alloys is pre-impregnated with oil for lubrication, they do not require additional lubrication and are maintenance-free chains. If a clean appearance is required, there is also a nickel-plated finish rustless specification UR(N) of the sintered bushing roller chain. Sintered bushing roller chains can be used in combination with standard sprockets. ■ For example, in places like areas where lubrication is difficult or where chain elongation is a concern.
