Easy application with RCF-free paste! Patching! For refractory repairs around the furnace! Contributes to energy savings with insulation effects!
"ISOPLAST" is an alumina-based paste-like amorphous insulation material. Traditionally, products containing refractory ceramic fiber (RCF) were predominant, but due to regulatory changes implemented in November 2015, companies are required to comply with RCF regulations. "ISOPLAST HT" utilizes alumina fibers, making it RCF-free while achieving strength and ease of use comparable to conventional products. We also offer bio-soluble products and organic fiber options. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with the coating material "TIXOBOND 27," it can reduce the adhesion of molten aluminum and prevent the erosion of aluminum oxide and slag, thereby extending the lifespan of furnaces and auxiliary equipment. It can be utilized for repairing ladles, coating, and as furnace materials for melting and holding furnaces. 【Features】 ■ RCF regulation-compliant product (RCF-free product) ■ Easy application for repairing refractory materials around the furnace body, filling joints in troughs, and suitable for use inside the furnace ■ Insulation effect prevents temperature drop of molten metal, also effective in reducing energy costs *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog for further information.
