Next-generation high-durability net made of 100% polyester that does not rust! Lightweight and weather-resistant, with tear resistance. *Installation services are also available.
STK Net is a rockfall protection net made of 100% polyester, which is free from rust. It weighs about 1/5 of standard wire mesh, making it highly workable and weather-resistant. Thanks to its hexagonal design, even if a part is torn, it does not lead to continuous tearing. The same material net can be used to patch and repair the torn areas. As a result, it demonstrates its effectiveness in areas near the coast where salt damage is severe, volcanic regions, and in coastal and riverbank construction projects where the lifespan of wire mesh is short. It can also be used as a small animal intrusion prevention net, contributing to accident prevention on highways and similar locations. **Features** - Corrosion and acid resistance - Weather resistance - Lightweight - Cost reduction - Recyclability (can be reused as plastic material after use) - Permeability (does not reflect sunlight compared to traditional wire mesh) - Electrical insulation and voltage resistance (does not conduct electricity as it is made of resin) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Our starting point in our work was the cleaning of air conditioning ducts in 1983. What surprised us at that time during duct cleaning was the contamination caused by the enormous amount of pigeon droppings around the rooftop air intake. The reality was that pigeon droppings were being directly sucked into the air conditioning units. We tried using pest control devices that were available in the market at that time, but we were not satisfied with the results. While searching for better solutions, I discovered a paper by C. WALCOTTO from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on "Pigeon Homing Behavior" in the library. Inspired by that, we found that using magnets to disrupt the magnetic field made the pigeons less likely to approach, and we developed a bird deterrent device called the Bird Stopper using magnets. Currently, we have various devices tailored to different situations, but we do not want to engage in irresponsible product sales. Instead, we prefer to assess the site ourselves, choose the best method, and make proposals, while taking full responsibility. This is what we call "responsible construction with guaranteed effectiveness." Starting with air conditioning duct cleaning, we will continue to provide services that can be disseminated from Osaka to the entire country and even the world, challenge new fields, aim for further expansion, and contribute to society.
