The slip resistance and low friction properties of the workpiece are improved by wet blast treatment!!

Wet blasting treatment is a technology that modifies the surface of an object by spraying a slurry liquid mixed with abrasive materials. This process creates extremely fine irregularities on the surface of the object. As a result, the contact area with other materials decreases, leading to reduced friction resistance. By applying wet blasting treatment to various equipment components in production sites, the slip properties and low friction characteristics of the workpieces are improved. For example, it can be applied to guides that transport products or hoppers that feed powders. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The properties of the material to be treated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2.
