The Suppon MD Joint is characterized by its ability to be installed without removing the outer coating of the internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes and PD pipes). It can be joined without disassembly, and installation can be done with just a torque wrench, making it extremely user-friendly. Since the connection of high-density polyethylene pipes is a mechanical connection rather than a fusion connection, it can be installed in wet areas and connected to existing pipes. Additionally, the installation is simple, requiring only the tightening of bolts and nuts with a wrench, eliminating the need for a fusion machine. It can also slide along the pipe, making it easy to connect existing and new pipes. Water can flow immediately after connection, significantly reducing installation time. When using new high-density polyethylene pipes for renovation work, you can utilize this joint for connections with existing PD and VD pipes.
