The "welded thermocouple" is a general-purpose thermocouple designed primarily for cost-effectiveness, featuring protective tubes (SUS pipes) and mounting accessories (bayonet caps) on glass-covered thermocouple wires. **Features** ■ FK1 Type - A basic shape with a protective tube (SUS pipe) covering the tip of the thermocouple wire. ■ FK2 Type - An FK1 type with a bayonet cap and spring attached, designed for pressure connection. - The structure allows the bayonet cap to hook onto the holder, pressing the tip against it with the spring. - Enables stable temperature measurement in a fixed state. - Commonly used for temperature measurement in hot runners and molds. ■ FK3 Type - An FK1 type with a bayonet cap and spring attached, designed for pressure connection. ■ FK4 Type - A shape with an M6 or M8 screw attached to the tip of the thermocouple wire. - Designed to be directly fixed with screws to the cylinder parts of hot runners, molds, injection molding machines, etc., for temperature measurement. ■ FK7 Type - A shape with a band for nozzle push attached to the tip of the thermocouple wire. - The standard sizes for the band are inner diameters of φ30/φ35/φ40. ■ FK8 Type - A shape with a pad (3mm thick) attached to the tip of the thermocouple wire. - The standard material for the plate is brass. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
