Recycle waste cooking oil! Generate low-cost, high-quality biodiesel with high yield.
The "BDF manufacturing device" is a machine used for recycling waste cooking oil generated daily from the consumption of fried foods such as tempura and fries. It can operate continuously for 24 hours using the "ion exchange resin method." The cation exchange resin, which acts as an esterification catalyst, synthesizes ester fuel from free fatty acids and does not require pretreatment of waste oil, resulting in a high yield. Additionally, fuel is produced under mild conditions, and since there is no alkali present, saponification reactions do not occur. The resin can be easily reactivated through cleaning and regeneration with alcohol and alkali, allowing for low-cost production of high-quality biodiesel with a high yield. 【Features】 ■ Recycling of waste oil generated from fried foods such as tempura and fries ■ Continuous operation for 24 hours using the "ion exchange resin method" ■ No pretreatment of waste oil required, resulting in high yield ■ Low-cost production of high-quality biodiesel with a high yield *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
