This device can be used in the manufacturing of precursors for positive electrode active materials in secondary batteries, sulfide and oxide electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries, and Prussian blue positive electrode materials for sodium batteries. By replacing traditional batch processes with continuous processes, it achieves up to 8 times the productivity and significantly reduces reaction times. Furthermore, the automation of the entire process contributes to labor cost reduction. It enables the production of uniform and high-density particles, with significant strengths in controlling particle size distribution, achieving uniform coatings, and generating small particles for single crystals, thereby providing high-quality materials consistently.
