We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. With the automation of conveyors, leveling work time has become an important issue. We propose the "LA6 type" layered information display light, which can visualize the takt time on automated assembly lines. The "LA6 type" allows for the display color to be freely set according to the progress time of the configured timer, and if the set takt time is exceeded, all segments light up in red, strongly notifying of any delays in work.
