We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a factory where it was impossible to grasp the consumption status of parts from the warehouse, leading to equipment stoppages due to parts shortages, we introduced our wireless control unit "PWS" and the stackable information display light "LA6." The "LA6" displays the replenishment timing for each part. When we want to call someone to the site, we press a switch, and that signal is displayed on the Andon. This enhances visibility and allows us to quickly grasp the situation on the shop floor.
