[FA Site Improvement Case] Visualization of Abnormal Devices During Instantaneous Voltage Dips
[Productivity / Operating Rate Improvement] Improving productivity by visualizing the error duration of processing machines.
We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. Due to instantaneous voltage drops, peripheral devices malfunctioned, and without noticing it, they were left unattended, resulting in significant losses in the manufacturing site. We proposed visualizing abnormal devices. By introducing our stacked information display light "LA6," we can identify and notify about abnormal devices caused by voltage drops, thereby preventing the expansion of damage. In addition to enabling prompt responses, if there were instances where issues could not be addressed, such as during nighttime shutdowns, it also allows for back-calculating when the issue occurred based on the elapsed time. 【Case Study】 ■ Improvement Issues - Due to instantaneous voltage drops, some devices frequently stop, and leaving them unattended leads to expanded damage. ■ Proposal Content - Identify and notify about abnormal devices caused by voltage drops using "LA6" to prevent the expansion of damage. - Display when device abnormalities occurred in tact time, making it easy to understand the elapsed time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
