It is effective against adhesion of substances such as paste, adhesives, molten plastic, rubber, and plating solutions. We offer a fluorine-based Type F and a silicone-based Type S, so we can provide suggestions tailored to your application. If heat resistance is required, we also have a high-temperature type available (heat resistance up to 345°C).

Ultra-thin film It has a film thickness at the nanometer (nm) level. Compared to the 20-30μm of fluororesin coatings, it is a significantly thinner coating. Especially when applied to sharp blades such as cutting edges, it prevents adhesion without compromising cutting performance. Heat resistance It can be used at high temperatures (around 250°C) where fluororesin cannot be used. The high-temperature type can be used up to 345°C. High adhesion Thanks to a groundbreaking coating technology utilizing OH groups, it has high adhesion that cannot be achieved by conventional methods. Excellent wear resistance By combining with ceramic films such as TiN and TiAlN, it exhibits excellent wear resistance. Low-temperature processing Since the processing temperature is from room temperature to below 100°C, there is no concern about hardness reduction or dimensional changes. Processing of non-conductive materials such as rubber and plastics is also possible.
