[FA Site Improvement Case] Wireless Calling / Early Detection of Calling Locations

Smooth identification of abnormal occurrence devices with reduced wiring/wireless notification.

We will introduce a case study of improvements in the FA field proposed by Patlite. There were many molding machines on-site, and it took time to identify the abnormal occurrence devices. We introduced the wireless control unit "PWS" and the battery-operated flash display light "PFH" to the manufacturing site. When a line anomaly is detected, the "PFH" is temporarily installed as a marker, and the on-site operator contacts the maintenance personnel in the office via wireless communication.
