The Android app "Sakutto Scan" and the Windows app's upper system (Sakutto Process Series, Prevision) operate by sharing a database and can collaborate with real-time access to each other.

By storing images and videos on an Android smartphone, when the same item number is ordered again, previous photos and videos of defects will be displayed on the Android smartphone before starting the work, preventing the recurrence of previous defects. This enables the prevention of reoccurrence and improves operational efficiency.

The operation method involves scanning the two-dimensional code on the instruction sheet. If there are any defects during work interruption or completion, take photos or videos using a smartphone camera. After capturing, tap the upload button to store them on the Windows Server. The next time an order for the same item number comes in, you can scan the two-dimensional code on the instruction sheet at the start of the work, and at the same time, you can check the previous defects as photos or videos in the past history.
