You can easily read the 2D code of the work instruction with one hand, and then take photos of processing defects with one hand, making it easy to operate using the smartphone's features.

The Android app "Sakutto Scan" and the higher-level Windows app system (Sakutto Process Series, Prevision) operate by sharing a database and can collaborate with real-time access to each other.

By storing images and videos on an Android smartphone, when a repeat order for the same item number comes in, the previous photos and videos of defects can be displayed on the Android smartphone before starting the work, preventing the recurrence of previous defects. This enables recurrence prevention and improves operational efficiency.

The operation method involves scanning the 2D code on the instruction sheet. If defects occur during work interruption or completion, take photos or videos using a smartphone camera. After capturing, tap the upload button to store them on the Windows Server. The next time an order for the same item number comes in, you can scan the 2D code on the instruction sheet at the start of the work, and simultaneously check the previous defects through photos and videos as part of the past history.
