A low-cost mobile fume collector for the welding fume measures required by specialized regulations! It cuts down on welding fumes directed towards the workers.
Equipped with a flexible hose and dust collection hood that can move freely within a radius of 1.7m, it ensures reliable dust collection in the appropriate position. The compact body and casters allow for easy movement to welding work areas. Sparks contained in the suctioned air are extinguished when passing through the "fire extinguishing mechanism (swirling flow type)," and welding fumes are captured by the downstream dust collection filter. The filter is made of flame-retardant materials consisting of synthetic cellulose and polypropylene. The nano-fiber coated filter, while compact, has a large filtration area, ensuring that even fine welding fumes are reliably collected.
