【Dust Collector Introduction Case】Cleaning of Dental Polishing Powder

We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of the dust-specific model "Cyclreeper Type 3" for cleaning dental polishing powder. The customer has been using a Yodogawa dust collector for nearly 30 years since opening, running several meters of piping, and has been sucking up polishing dust from gypsum and metals. The piping was severely clogged, and the dust collector's performance had deteriorated to a critical state, with almost no suction power left. After introducing this product, while it is not the case that no dust reaches the dust collector at all, it has been sufficiently installed to make a difference, and issues with filter maintenance and reduced suction power have been resolved.
