Compared to the M type, it has a higher shock absorption effect, and it is recommended for use with heavy items (such as iron ore, lump stone, limestone, etc.) with an apparent specific gravity of 1.0 t/m³ or more, or in areas where the drop impact is relatively large. It is common to select it with the same trough angle as the carrier idler. Trough angles of 35° and those outside the specified range are made to order.

The impact rubber in a hollow type reduces the impact of falling materials from hoppers and chutes by deforming, thereby alleviating damage to belts and idlers. Compared to the M type, it has a higher shock absorption effect and is suitable for heavy materials with a bulk specific gravity of 1.0 t/m³ or more (such as iron ore, lump stone, limestone, etc.) or in areas where the falling impact is relatively large.
