Smooth construction. Prevent dirt on the roads around the construction site!
After construction, black tire marks are often seen outside the construction area. This is due to the construction machinery pulling the tack coat outside the designated area. The purpose of the tack coat work is to enhance the adhesion between the layer of the mixture being laid and the underlying layer. If the tack coat that has been sprayed gets attached to the tires of the construction machinery and becomes disturbed from the sprayed surface, there is a concern that the interlayer adhesion will decrease. To solve these problems and improve the reliability of the tack coat, "Tack Fine E" has been developed. "Tack Fine E" is a special modified asphalt emulsion (JEAAS PKM-T) designed to minimize the adhesion of the tack coat to the tires of the construction machinery, thereby fully realizing the original effects of the tack coat.

basic information
Features ○ It is a special modified asphalt emulsion with interlayer adhesion performance equal to or greater than that of rubberized asphalt emulsion (PKR-T). ○ It can be used in addition to the application areas of tack coat (PK-4, PKR-T). ○ It is less likely to adhere to the tires of material transport trucks and construction machinery, thus preventing contamination of surrounding roads. ○ It is less likely to adhere to the tires of material transport trucks and construction machinery, ensuring a uniform adhesive strength.
