A combined machine that integrates a radial saw groove processing machine and a cross-cut saw cutting machine. For rabbet joints, framing, mortising, and groove processing for partition panels.
"ORCH3S Series" - The culmination of years of experience and technology in radial saw manufacturing. ■ Simultaneous groove processing and cross-cutting of partition panel materials from top to bottom. ■ Achieves both "high-speed feeding" and "high-precision positioning" - High-speed positioning of the upper and lower cutter shafts and feeding axis using servo motors. ■ Stable clamping to accommodate "curved" materials Four upper clamps and four side clamps. ■ Material length Min 300mm ~ Max 4000mm, thickness 120mm, maximum groove depth 50mm. ■ Data input, office-created PC software + USB data transfer (optional). ■ After processing, an automatic product discharge device can be installed (optional).
