Support for rapid reduction of norovirus infection risk with one of the largest daily processing capacities in the country.
We would like to introduce our "Norovirus Testing." In 2017, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare revised the "Hygiene Management Manual for Large-Scale Cooking Facilities," stating that food handlers must strive to conduct norovirus testing at least once a month from October to March, or as needed. Norovirus is highly contagious, with infections reported from as few as 100 particles. While basic hygiene practices such as handwashing are crucial for prevention, early detection of carriers and keeping them away from food preparation can significantly reduce the risk of food poisoning and transmission to others. 【Features】 ■ Accurate measurement ■ Quick delivery ■ Extensive lineup *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
