This is a phenomenon where tiny holes appear on the surface of the paint film, resembling being poked with a needle, known as "pinholes (foaming)." We will introduce troubleshooting for this issue. If the cause is foaming from porous substrates, such as castings, zinc-plated materials, or aluminum die casts that have pinholes, it is possible to take measures by pre-baking the substrate or applying a solvent or powder primer before painting. Additionally, there are countermeasures for issues caused by the adhesion of foreign substances such as rust and dirt, or the residual oil on the substrate surface due to inadequate degreasing.
