The passage inside the air shower has been designed as an L-shaped right-angle corridor. It can be installed in locations where there is limited layout space or where it is difficult to arrange a straight passage.
This is a slim L-shaped air shower with a width of 1100mm. It is installed at the entrance and exit of clean rooms and sterile rooms to remove dust and hair particles attached to the operator's clothing using clean air purified by a HEPA filter. CAD data is available.
