You can directly check the combustion conditions inside the engine cylinder!
The uncertainties in the data measured by computer simulation can be verified with actual equipment (real engine). A system has been realized that allows for direct observation of the combustion state, the location and spread of NOx emissions, by installing heat-resistant reinforced glass on the cylinder 360 degrees and on the top of the piston. With the introduction of a glass cylinder, resin-based piston rings, and a special head gasket, testing can be conducted at high rotational speeds with low vibration thanks to the balancer. The engine specifications will be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requirements. 【Features】 ■ 360° observation of the combustion chamber from both horizontal and vertical directions with the glass cylinder ■ Direct confirmation of combustion conditions and the location and spread of NOx emissions ■ Acquisition of various measurement data
