The "Super Crusher" is a hard material crushing machine that can perform crushing and screening operations simultaneously. The rotor, equipped with four crushing teeth with irregular projections, rotates at low speed and compressively crushes materials between itself and a fixed crushing wall. The crushing chamber gradually narrows downward, and materials that pass through the bottom grate are produced as the final product. Materials that do not pass through are lifted upward, mixed with the larger chunks that were fed in, and moved back into the crushing chamber. Due to inter-particle crushing effects, further fine crushing occurs. The crushing teeth, which are freely mounted on the shaft, can rotate freely, allowing the irregular projections to apply complex compressive forces to the materials from various angles, enabling fine crushing with minimal power consumption.
