This product can be directly connected to the drying furnace for painting, making it easy to measure the furnace temperature, which previously required time and manpower. Measurement is completed simply by waiting for the heat-resistant box to enter and exit the furnace. This significantly reduces unnecessary work time and labor costs. Furthermore, regular measurements of the furnace allow for monitoring of the product's drying state, furnace performance, efficiency improvements, and energy savings through reduced energy consumption. It supports simultaneous measurement of up to 6 channels. The software is very simple, allowing for quick confirmation of the keep temperature and keep time. It can also output to Excel. Heat-resistant box performance: 110℃ for 370 minutes, 150℃ for 270 minutes, 200℃ for 215 minutes, 250℃ for 150 minutes, and 300℃ for 70 minutes.

Remove the heat-resistant box from the furnace at the exit. The data logger records the temperature of the product and the atmosphere temperature inside the furnace. Graphs can be automatically created and analyzed using the included software specifically for baked coatings.
