The film drying time measurement device is used to measure the time it takes for the paint to change from a wet film to a dry film.
Set the measuring needle on the coated paint with a certain film thickness. The measuring needle will move a distance of 300mm according to the set time. During this time, the paint gradually dries, causing changes in the condition of the paint film after the needle has moved. At the part where the condition of the paint film has changed, read the time scale on the left side of the main unit and check the time for each stage. The point at which the needle no longer leaves a mark indicates that the paint film is completely dry. Up to 10 lanes can be measured simultaneously, and different time settings can be configured for 5 tracks (2 lanes per track). The standard set times are 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. One of the 5 tracks can be customized for time settings. The operation of the main unit is via a liquid crystal touch panel.
