●Mud Material In the mud pressure propulsion method, it plays a role in preventing the collapse of the ground by achieving "mud membrane formation." In the mud pressure propulsion method and the mud concentration propulsion method, it is utilized for the purposes of "ground collapse suppression" and the "plastic flow," "water-stopping," and "non-separation" of the excavated soil within the chamber. ●Consolidated Lubricant It is utilized to suppress ground collapse through consolidation while simultaneously reducing friction. ●Lubricant It is injected into the voids (tail voids) between the fume pipe and the ground that occur during excavation, aiming to reduce friction by spreading throughout the entire void (tail void) and preventing ground collapse through the filling rate of the lubricant. ●Clogging Material Primarily aimed at "preventing mud loss," it is an auxiliary effect material that ensures core filling of the mud material by applying a clogging effect between ground particles. ●Backfill Material After the completion of the propulsion work, it is utilized to fill the voids (tail voids) between the fume pipe and the ground to prevent loosening and collapse of the ground. ●Clay-Compatible Agent It is utilized to suppress "sensitivity = stickiness" caused by various clay types and to prevent "separation of water and mud caused by a large injection rate."
