Ideal for transporting large molds! Can be used with unmanned transport vehicles (AGVs) and is capable of powered towing.
This is a heavy-duty, power-drawable caster made of ductile cast iron. It uses wide tires, making it ideal for use with AGVs. The swivel section employs thrust bearings and radial bearings, resulting in minimal lateral sway during turning and high turning performance. It provides smooth turning capabilities during directional changes while towing. The wear resistance of the ductile cast iron (FCD450) used in the caster is six times that of steel, achieving high durability along with excellent corrosion resistance. Particularly for battery-powered unmanned transport carts (towing vehicles), it leads to low battery consumption and cost reduction.
