Three-dimensional shock absorption The wire rope vibration isolator can achieve three-axis (X, Y, Z) three-dimensional shock absorption and vibration isolation, including lateral vibrations that could not be eliminated by rubber vibration dampers or air springs.

When used outdoors, they can be used for a much longer lifespan compared to rubber vibration isolators, contributing to labor costs in maintenance and upkeep.

Product Characteristics The spring constant of the compact rope damper is nonlinear, resulting in a nonlinear relationship between load and deflection. Therefore, the spring constant during vibration is denoted as Kv, and the spring constant during impact is denoted as Ks, and each is described accordingly. The damping coefficient is approximately 5-10%, but it may vary depending on input conditions. The amount of wire protrusion when a load is applied is as shown in the image.
